How to do what you have to do

HOW TO PARTECIPATE TO CLASSES

To participate in Cuccurucucù YOGA+ activities you must:

  1. sign up for a subscription or a carnet of entrances

  2. become a member by paying the membership fee of €15 as described here

  3. fill out the personal data form at this link

  4. present a medical certificate of fitness to practice non-competitive sports with a resting echocardiogram

 

A medical certificate is not required for the first trial lesson or to participate in open days.

HOW TO PAY THE MEMBERSHIP FEE AND WHAT IT INCLUDES

There are four payment methods for the €15 membership card:

  1. On the site or on the app

  2. By hand directly to the teachers on the first day of attending a class

  3. With SATISPAY: search on the APP "Cuccurucucù Yoga+" and send €15

  4. By bank transfer to ASSOCIAZIONE CUCCURUCUCU' YOGA ASD IBAN: IT45C0623009512000064003105. Reason: Membership "your name"

 

 

Membership includes:

  1. the membership fee to Cuccurucucù YOGA asd

  2. the insurance coverage of the organization we are affiliated with, CSEN

 

Membership lasts until December 31st of each year, and must be renewed upon expiration.

 

HOW TO BOOK CLASSES

Each class must be booked through the website or the app.

Classes must be booked at least 2 hours before the start time to monitor the minimum attendance of 3 participants required for the class to take place.
If there are only 2 participants registered (visible on the website or app calendar) and you are the third, you must book at least 2 hours before the start time. Otherwise, the class will be canceled.

If you check the website or app and see that the minimum of 3 participants is already met, but you decide to join the class last-minute, please contact us via message or call us at +39 3474431025, and we will add you to the class. Alternatively, you can come directly to the class without any issues.

If the class is full (maximum capacity of 12-13 participants), you can join the waiting list. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified in time.

Remember that you can cancel your booking up to 12 hours before the class starts. Otherwise, it will be charged. However, if you can’t make it, please send us a message, so we can offer your spot to someone on the waiting list.

OUR PRICES

We offer two types of rates:


SUBSCRIPTIONS, which include monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual payments.
ENTRANCES, which can be single entries or packages (carnets) of 4 or 12 entries, each with different validity periods.

Each subscription is valid for both live and online classes. For online classes, a link will be provided for connection.

ACTIVATION
For both subscriptions and entrance carnets, the activation date must be chosen during the checkout process when making the purchase. This means the start (activation) date of the subscription or carnet does not necessarily coincide with the payment date.
Access to classes is not allowed without activating your subscription or carnet of entries.

TERMS OF USE AND DURATION (subscriptions)
A subscription allows participation in all weekly classes, either online or live, for the duration of the specific subscription.
The subscription is active from the day the individual customer chooses its activation.
There are different types of subscriptions, each with specific limitations listed on the PRICING page under "Carnets and Subscriptions."

Failure to use the subscription before its expiration date does not entitle the customer to a refund or compensation, nor does it allow unused entries to be recovered.

Some courses are not included in the subscriptions.

 

TERMS OF USE AND DURATION (entrance carnets)
An entrance carnet allows participation in all weekly classes, either online or live, for the validity of the specific carnet.
Each booked class is automatically deducted from the carnet. Classes can be canceled up to 12 hours before the start time; otherwise, they will be charged even if the customer cannot attend.

There are different types of entrance carnets, each with specific limitations listed on the PRICING page under "Carnets and Subscriptions."

Unused entries cannot be recovered after the expiration date of the carnet.

If a class is canceled due to insufficient participants (minimum of 3) or issues related to the instructor, the class will be credited back to your carnet.

Some courses are not included in the carnets.

 

OPEN TRIAL FIRST MONTH RATE
This rate can be purchased only once by each new member, who will enjoy an open subscription for the first month at a special price.
The subscription is active from the day the individual customer chooses its activation.

REFUNDS

If you have purchased a subscription or an entrance carnet by mistake, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that the subscription or carnet has not yet been used.

Please send us an email at cuccurucucuyoga@gmail.com. Administrative costs, including bank fees and case management expenses, will be deducted from the refund amount.

SUSPENSIONS

All types of subscriptions and entrance carnets can be suspended in cases of injury or pregnancy upon presenting medical documentation.

The annual subscription can be suspended twice, with a minimum duration of 1 week and a maximum of 1 month per suspension.
