When

Classes take place weekly

You must always book your place in class, either on the website or on the APP

Each lesson can also be done online, just let us know in advance so we can organize it with the computer

Free trial class

The first group class is free

Lessons take place if there are at least 3 people booked

COURSES

THE RETREATS

When

Weekend intensives, in the city or out of town

Minimum number of students

It depends on the withdrawal and will be said

There are currently no scheduled retreats.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

Membership card

If you do not already have a membership card , you need to get an annual membership which costs €15 and is valid until 31 December 2025

Medical certificate

A medical certificate of fitness for non-competitive sports is required, with a resting ECG exam. You have one month to bring it to us. The aforementioned medical certificate is NOT required for the trial lesson and to participate in the OPEN DAYS.

Personal data form

You must fill out the personal data form

Free Trial class

If you are about to book the free trial lesson, you do not have to join, bring a medical certificate or fill out the personal data form.
